To look for a great quote go to the poets and writers you have studied this year research on the Internet. Then copy the quote into a word document and write about what it means to you. Then post it here on my blog in the comment section. Then post it on your blog.

Poe wrote, “Quoth the Raven, nevermore.” To me this means that time passes and things never stay the same. Love comes and goes, relationships come and go, so live life every day. Learn and enjoy. Experience new things, make new friends and work to be happy.

My Favorite Quote
A William Shakespeare’s Quote
To be, or not to be: that is the question”. – Hamlet (Act III, Scene I).
This is one of my favorite quotes of Shakespeare’s because it has so much meaning and so much behind those words. I love the play Hamlet but this is my favorite part it brings Love, Hate and puts them together. To Be together or not to be together and if they should be or not to be is the question that everyone asks. That is why I love this quote and it took me over two years to finally understand what it meant

This is a quote by Maya Angelou and I chose this out of her many because many people believe that they were placed on this earth without a purpose when in fact they were not. Time passes quickly, without warning or caution. It speeds by without leaving a moment to spare. Sometimes you are oblivious to the rest of the world and swarmed by your own thoughts, memories, and nightmares. Other times, you can’t seem to make time go any slower. It drags, but the great things are there with the leisurely time. You remember everything perfectly; their laughs, smiles, and joking around. It is truly etched in your mind without fault. This is one of my favorite quotes because it relates to me. Memories, even some I don’t want, are drawn in my mind with unforgivable detail. This shares my life, in a way. It explains the meaning of time and the way you spend it, and I think it describes it perfectly. I have about a trillion favorite quotes from her, but this was the one I picked because of the occasion (the end of 8th grade/graduation).
